Premila is a versatile and naturally talented experience architect, talent analyst and change agent for the Human Resource faculty and business leadership teams in uplifting the standards of human resource business partnerships and the integration of key models, programs, systems and policies supporting Organization Development, Talent Management, Total Rewards, Service Delivery and Learning through the design, build and execution of aspiring Employee Value Proposition (EVP).
